The Roswell Invaders released their

The Roswell Invaders released their hooded sweatshirts and new style hats just in time for Christmas delivery.

The sweatshirts are $50 and come in sizes S-XXL in Navy, Black, Hot Pink and Lime.

The Invaders new hats are the Saucer Hat which is Black and Silver and the Menace Snapback Hat which is adjustable with Overflow R and two tone bill.

Brian Portelli just ended the greatest offensive season in the history of the Pecos League. The Game has changed completely from 1954 to 2018 but Portellis season was right on par with Joe Baumans. There will always be questions of pitching, lighting, bats and balls. The two players played in the same park and Bauman had many more at bats that Portelli. There was no age limit for the Rockets with the Invaders it is 25 and Younger.

Bauman played in the Longhorn League against Artesia Numexers, Carlsbad Potashers, San Angelo Colts, Big Spring Broncs, Midland Indians, Odessa Oilers and Wichita Falls Spudders.

Portelli played in Pecos League Southern Division against Tucson Saguaros, White Sands Pupfish, Ruidoso Osos, Santa Fe Fuego, Alpine Cowboys and Garden City Wind in the regular season. In the Playoffs the Invaders met the Trinidad Triggers for the first time. The League has three divisions of four teams. Relly Mercurio will serve as the 20

Relly Mercurio will serve as the 2018 Roswell Invaders Field Manager. Relly is no stranger to the Invaders as he was an assistant under Bryan Kloppe both in 2016 and 2017. He most recently coached in a college summer league in Denver, Colorado.

Relly is from Houston and now resides in Denver, Colorado.

Bryan Kloppe who managed the Invaders in 2016 and 2017 has gotten married and moved to Australia. "Relly will keep the Invaders at a high level and is a great choice. I have worked very hard to get the Invaders were they are and I am glad to know that the Invaders will be in good hands." says Bryan Kloppe.

The Invaders start Spring Training in Roswell on May 18 and will open the regular season with the Santa Fe Fuego.

The Tucson Saguaros and Roswell Invaders will play in Deming, New Mexico on June 13, 2018. This will be the 3rd game of a seven game series between these two teams. The first two games will be in Roswell. The last four games will be in Tucson.

The defending Mountain Division Champion Roswell Invaders have released their 2018 Regular Season Schedule. In 2018 the Invaders will mark the 8th year of Pecos League Baseball in Roswell. The schedule is viewable online in calendar format and in in list view.

The Invaders will host a spring training game on May 17th against the Santa Fe Fuego before playing two Spring Training games on the road at Ruidoso and at White Sands.

The Invaders will again play in the Pecos League realigned Southern Division with the Tucson Saguaros, White Sands Pupfish and Ruidoso Osos. The Invaders will play every team in the Mountain Division and the Southern Division at least one series.
