July 10 2019 The Santa Fe Fuego defeated the Roswell Invaders 7-4, collecting 10 hits while limiting Roswell to seven. Santa Fe scored in five different innings, including two runs in the fourth and two more in the seventh, and led 5-3 after five innings before adding insurance late.
Jose Camacho paced the Fuego offense by going 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI and two walks. Kyle Butler also had two hits, scored twice and drove in a run, while Jackson Webb contributed two RBI. Sherman Graves and Cris Ruiz each added an RBI, and B. Dansereau doubled and scored a run.
Roswell briefly took a 3-2 lead with two runs in the third inning after scoring once in the second. Matt Paciello went 2-for-4 and scored once, while Peter Bocchino, Austin Maltby, D. Mitchell and Nolan Hoff each recorded a hit. Mitchell and Hoff drove in one run apiece, and Jared Hagan added an RBI.
Tommy Giunta earned the win for Santa Fe after allowing five hits and three runs over four innings while striking out three and walking four. Cleveland Westbrook and Kyle Kuttruf followed before Austin Stephens recorded the save with a scoreless seventh inning. Albert Neff took the loss for Roswell, surrendering seven hits and five runs, four earned, in five innings while striking out seven.
